I am well-versed in a wide genre of music. I'll comfortably work for you to produce songs that scream "this is it" for your streams, teams, and business needs ♥. Terms of Service
Commission Basics
♪ I reserve the right to decline any commision I am not comfortable with, deem harmful, due to the content of said work, or for any other reasons, specified or otherwise.♪ Full payment is required upfront via PayPal (invoice or friends/family) before beginning any work. I will allow 50% upfront payments for known clients on a case-by-case basis. Please note this is a rare exception reserved for return clients and larger projects (i.e. several songs for a VTube Company, 10+ minute productions, etc).♪ All work is non-refundable. If you are on a waitlist or in queue, and payment has not been received, you may cancel before production begins.♪ I am honest with all clients and expect the same, including issues surrounding your project needs and payment. If I feel as if I cannot create the work you want or view the project as damaging for my or the reputations of others, I will be forthright.♪ Commissions are digital only - files will be provided via email, Discord, Twitter, etc. Depending on our means of communication.
♪ Average turn arounds range from 5 - 90 days, depending on length, once started. Mileage may vary with music complexity. Patience is appreciated. Deadlines are case-by-case.♪ I reserve the right to post all commissions to my social media, stream works in progress, and more. Work can remain private for an addition fee of 15-20% depending on product length.♪ Rush orders can be requested for an addition 50% fee on top of the original price; this places you at the front of the line.♪ Fraudulent chargebacks result in the loss of all rights to commissioned works and potential legal fees. In these cases, works will be re-sold/re-purposed at my discretion. You will be banned from future commissions and names/handles will be shared publicly to protect others.
Commercial rights Info
♪ For commercial/non-commercial use, no additional fee is required. For distribution use, products require an addition 200% fee, for FULL rights, I require a 300% fee. 20% Discounts will be provided to those who continue to credit me in Distributions and Buyouts.♪ In either of the above cases there is a sound understanding that I still require credit, payment, and usage rights contracts for those purchasing distribution and buy out licenses (discounts given to those who contractually credit me in these works). Details can be discussed further via written contact.♪ If purchasing Distribution licenses, credit will always be required, as well as additional feels as the music is distributed, aka royalities, from each project, discussed on a case by case basis. In this case, I own the music, but it may be distributed and used more freely.♪ All giveaway music I reserve the right to work on/release publicly unless the associate fees discussed above are provided based on the value of the production if it were a paid commission.♪ Please read the section on exlusive commercial rights info for more info on what is and is not allowed.

Exclusive Commercial Licenses
These are case-by-case licenses, often given to content creators, including but not limited to streamers, VTubers, etc.Allowed:
♪ For commercial/non-commercial use, no additional fees are required - credit required (see above).♪ You may use the audio for background music for your commercial or monetized products; credit required for all services, @RemmyDaWitch on Twitter, for example, with a direct link, is acceptable, as well as shout outs and re-directs to my carrd.♪' You are allowed to use your music in productions and collabs, , including streams or videos you appear in. Credit required.♪ You do not need to pay royalties per project. This changes if you want a distribution license.○ Affiliated non-indie streamers or individuals must obtain additional written agreements to prevent the use of my music in a manner unlike a sync license.
Not Allowed:
♪ You may not sell, distribute, or claim any tracks, work, or media to be your own. Credit is always required.♪ Registering music into any distributions, music platforms, NFTs, commercial goods, etc. or AI software of any kind is strictly prohibited and will have legal repercussions.♪ You may not upload my works fo monetization unless otherwise disclosed; sync-licenses enable you to use music on streams, in your content, etc. even if monetization is enabled; you may not showcase my work alone/by itself for monetization (i.e. uploading the track to youtube or spotify).♪ No one may use your commissioned works, for any reason, unless the content involves you, your brand, and they have your direct permission (example: interviews). In ALL CASES, even with your permission, commercial use by a third-party (i.e. a friend, family, companies, other streamers, etc.) is strictly prohibited before discussing it with me first and obtaining approval.♪ You may never use works without crediting me, may not claim it as your own or someone else's, re-distribute or sell in any manner, including but not limited to auction/"mint", remixes, etc., or as any form of cryptocurrency or use in any blockchain-related or AI technology.♪ If you are unsure about usage, please, reach out to me anytime!~ ♥Other Licenses (see above table):
♪ Distrubution licenses for Vtube/Streamer BGM music or productions require an additional 150% fee, royalties, and I reserve the rights to all productions.♪ All giveaway music I reserve the right to work on/release publicly unless the associate fees discussed above are provided based on the value of the production if it were a paid commission.
Remmy's Rights
RemmyDaWitch:♪ Pleasure ensure you have read and understand all of the above. General copyright and usage rights apply to all cases unless otherwise stated. Vtubers and Streamers obtain more exlusive commercial/non-commercial rights (sync licenses) for ease of use and peace of mind.♪ In all instances, aside from IP purchases, I reserve all copyrights, legal or otherwise. I will not license them to third parties or other individuals without explicit written agreements with clients.♪ IP Purchases from major companies, developers, or celebrities are considered on a case by case basis. I dictate whether my productions can be used for Commercial/Sync-licenses, Distribution Licenses, or IP Licenses. Please discuss these with me in detail prior to payment. Licenses can be updated during the production of works, assuming payment and legal agreements are met between myself and clients.♪ All clients are granted sync licenses unless otherwise disclosed in a written legally-binding agreement between myself and clientel. I retain all rights and ownership: I can publish works on any site, use them as I see fit, and upload the work to my own sites, social media, for any purpose to showcase my work.♪ If you would like me to hide your likeness in published works, music porfolios, etc., you muse inform me BEFORE completion. Exceptions include: individuals or groups who have used my works publically. Anonymity for Vtubers who have not debuted will be granted; published works will then be updated to include your social media upon debut,.
Production, REvisions, and Pricing
♪ Basics:1. Contact me via Twitter to discuss your project, including themes, examples, and any ideas you may have.Example:
○ Details about yourself (independent, affiliations, your social media, etc.).
○ Music genre you want, style, instruments, and references (with links).
○ Payment via PayPal
○ Deadlines (if required, please note I reserve the right to take as long as needed)2. I begin the music production process and share an incomplete draft, often via discord streaming in a private call, to seek approval, update requests, and begin revisions (free).3. Production officially begins with period updates, time to completion varies per project.4. Music is finished, approved, and released based on the licenses purchased and written agreements.5. You have awesome new tunes~♥.
Revisions
♪ Draft Phase:
I will revise music a maximum of two times including the original revision (draft stage). These revisions, including major and two minor, are included in the price.♪ Additional revisions will cost 10% of the original commission fee (i.e. $300 x 0.10 = $30).♪ Demo Phase:
1. I do not do major revisions after the majority of the song has been created, as changing the structure of a song can be incredibly difficult and may require additional fees. Please ensure you are happy with the structure/flow of the music prior to this stage!
Small adjustments and revisions are acceptable.2. Projects are mastered to professional levels and posted on social media, with links, and a direct download for clients.○ If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me directly to discuss it further. Customer satisifcation is very important to me because we put our hearts and souls into these works ♥. Please ensure you are content with my current style and skills before commissioning me.
